Performance

Acknowledgement is part of the Jeito Libbs.

It is what we do, for example, with our Plan of Participation in the Results (PPR), with which we value the involvement of the employees in the conquest of our strategic objectives.

The acknowledgement occurs with the achievement of corporative goals (common in any company), goals shared among areas (representing tem work) and individual goals (associated with the performance of each individual).

Reviewed and improved annually, our PPR is a collective construction, involving the employees, the company and syndicate representatives.
