In order to strengthen our relationship and promote full interaction with our customers and consumers, we have recently released our Facebook page. The platform offers tips on health, well-being and quality of life, in addition to information on our company.
For our Customer Service & Pharmacovigilance Manager, Emanuela Saraiva, this new communication channel means higher capacity in receiving data, requests, claims, suggestions and compliments. “There is a significant boost of companies that expanded their presence in social media, so, we are preparing ourselves to meet that demand”.
“We are aware that being in social media is no longer a matter of choice, becoming a requirement for companies wishing to establish a fully open channel with their customers”, states Greyke Gabriel, our Communication Manager. So, we are very excited with our Facebook page, taking the opportunity provided by this digital platform to consolidate a better relationship with our public and create higher identification and closeness with the brand.
We also maintain other communication channels with our customers, such as SAC (Customer Service): 0800 013 5044, Monday to Friday, 7a.m to 8p.m., and Saturdays from 8a.m. to 6p.m.
